core & cardio

The Well core & cardio

Join our 45-minute Core and Cardio class for an invigorating workout that combines core-strengthening exercises with high-energy cardio intervals. This dynamic session focuses on building a strong, stable core while boosting your cardiovascular fitness through a series of fast-paced, heart-pumping movements. Perfect for all fitness levels, Core and Cardio is designed to maximize your workout efficiency, helping you burn calories, enhance endurance, and sculpt your midsection in just half an hour.



The well mom club

An unheated class dedicated to mothers making time for self-care. Bring your children, baby carriers, pack-n-plays, toys, and blankets. In this class specifically tailored to mothers, we will be using weights (and maybe our children), healing our deep cores, building lasting relationships, and modeling healthy habits for our littles. Space in this class is limited to ensure comfortability for our children and mommas. Each class may be slightly different, but you can expect a fun workout, high energy, core work, and working on cardiovascular health.
