Meet the Founder

Victoria’s deepest passion in life is to help others meet and employ their greatest potential. Altruism was rooted in Victoria at a very young age while watching her parents selflessly devote themselves to the well-being of their community. To create a life fulfilling this passion of hers, Victoria received her BA in Psychology at UCSB and continued on to get a Masters Degree in Social Work. While this career path helped her create a positive impact on the lives of others, it began negatively affecting her own. While driving home from the Santa Barbara Zoo with her 2 year old and 5 week old, she realized she needed to create a better version of herself for her children. It was in that moment of revelation that she decided to call on her love for meditation (the primary modality responsible for healing her postpartum depression) and the therapeutic powers of movement to merge with her experience in mental health to create a space where anyone can pull themselves out of slump, meet their truest potential, and live life the way it’s meant to be lived: with purpose and connection.
