My journey into psychotherapy began fueled by a deep curiosity about the human mind and a passion to alleviate suffering.

Over the years, I've had the joy of helping diverse individuals reclaim their well-being through various treatment methods. Yoga and movement have been vital for my own self-care journey. While studying and practicing psychotherapy, I witnessed firsthand how movement and mindfulness positively impacted my clients, proving that healing is a natural ability accessible to us all beyond the therapy room.

As a mother,

I strive to empower my children to believe in their ability to achieve anything and to make changes that align authentically with who they are. Leading by example meant shifting away from societal expectations and embracing my true self—a woman driven by a desire for deep connection to my highest potential, often found through movement, while also supporting others in navigating life's challenges.
